On February 6, 2011 by yogawithmark. Of course, it would surely be nice to claim that I am a good instructor and always make the practice of the students my utmost priority. In all honesty however, this is not always true. There are still times when I lose my self in my practice that I neglect to acknowledge the struggling beginner who is probably feeling very overwhelmed and exhausted by the rigorous flow of sequences offered in some of my classes.
A regular yoga practice can improve your respiration, lubricate your joints and tone your muscles. It can help relieve aches, pains, injuries and tension. Yoga massages the organs of your body and improves posture. Yoga will increase both strength and flexibility. It helps to balance your energy levels and encourages a reconnection of your body, breath and mind. Here begins the authoritative instruction on Yoga.
